Wax Foundation or the Honeycomb Base is a plate made of wax. It is used to give the bees a foundation on which they can build the honeycomb. The foundation below is compatible with our Langstroth frames.We sterilise all our foundation. A healthy hive means healthy bees. Using our sterilised wax, which has been warmed to a temperature to ensure pathogens have been killed, meaning you can rest safe in the knowledge that your bees start the season drawing their combs from foundation made of the purest wax.
