ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We may amend our terms and conditions at any time. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Styles and colours may vary to those shown.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. If it is going to be longer than this, our customer service team will be in contact. Please provide your email address and telephone number.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Delivery to England, Scotland & Wales. Excluding Highlands & Islands
We currently use Royal mail 48 for small parcels and DPD Next Day service for other deliveries. Service times are applicable from the day of dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Royal Mail have announced 2nd Class letters will be delivered every other weekday (Monday to Friday). This rule does not apply to Royal Mail Parcels.
All deliveries can be tracked by yourself. Please ensure you supply an email address and mobile number when placing an order to use this service. Contact details are also useful if we have any queries regarding your order. Contact details are only used by the courier and National Bee supplies. We do not pass these onto any other third party. When entering your address, ensure that it is complete. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses often result in goods being returned to us. A second dispatch will incur extra carriage costs to the customer. This will also be the case where the courier has tried twice to deliver and has returned the goods. Monitoring tracking notices and responding with safe place or change of delivery day will help with this.Carriage costs are calculated on the finished packed weight of your order as follows:-

Uncapping Knives: Proof of ID will be required on delivery of these items. This service is included in the cost of a 24 hour DPD delivery. When Royal Mail is used to ship an uncapping knife, there will be a £2.50 surcharge to cover the cost of age verification p>
We do not supply any carriage free delivery.
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles
All DPD shipments will incur a £10.00 (1.51 to 15kg) or £16.00 (>15.01kg) surcharge. A 48 hour service is used for these destinations.
Northern Ireland
All shipments will incur a £16 surcharge. We are only able to ship to private addresses, not businesses.

PAYMENT WITH ORDER
Credit/Debit cards are debited at the time of ordering.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0344 326 2010. Calls will cost the same as calling a standard landline number. You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after receipt. Returns can be either exchanged, swapped for a credit note or refunded. Please allow up to 10 working days after we have received the goods for refunds to reach bank accounts.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost. Beesdirect cannot be held liable for and goods damaged in your possession or during transit back to us. Orders over £500 and or over 10 items may incur a restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
Delivery Liability
