CARRIAGE CHARGES

Delivery to England, Scotland & Wales. Excluding Highlands & Islands

We currently use Royal mail 48 for small parcels and DPD 24 hour service for all other deliveries. Service times applicable from day of dispatch, excludes weekends and bank holidays. DPD provides a Follow My Parcel service, supplying you with a one hour time window via email or SMS and allowing you to track your parcel. Please ensure you supply an email address and mobile number when placing an order to use this service. Contact details are also useful if we have any queries regarding your order. Carriage costs are calculated on the finished packed weight of your order as follows:-

As of 22nd September 2022, Royal Mail are prohibiting the shipping of knives. Uncapping knives will be shipped by DPD at a cost of £13.

We no longer use surcharges for large or heavy items. We do not supply any carriage free delivery.

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles

All orders will incur a £15.00 surcharge. A 48 hour service is used for these destinations.

Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and outside the UK.

Credit/Debit cards are debited at the time of ordering.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0344 326 2010. Calls will cost the same as calling a standard landline number. You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after receipt.

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost. If the item is large, then we can arrange collection. There will be a charge. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.

Delivery Liability

Please inspect your delivery on receipt. It is your responsibility to contact us with any issues within 5 working days. Guarantee: our fully assembled hives come with a 10 year guarantee.
