ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION We may amend our terms and conditions at any time. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Styles and colours may vary to those shown.

CARRIAGE CHARGES
Delivery to England, Scotland & Wales. Excluding Highlands & Islands
We currently use Royal Mail 48 for small parcels and Parcelforce 24 for other deliveries. For shipping WBC hives and extractors a 48 hour courier service is used due to the size of the cartons. Service times applicable from day of dispatch and excludes weekends and bank holidays All deliveries can be tracked by yourself. Please ensure you supply an email address and mobile number when placing an order to use this service. Contact details are also useful if we have any queries regarding your order. Carriage costs are calculated on the finished packed weight of your order as follows:-
Uncapping knives will be shipped by Parcelforce. Proof of age will be required on receipt of your order. The standard cost of shipping a knife will be £9.50.
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles All Parcelforce deliveries will incur a £10.00 (1.51 to 15kg) or £16.00 (>15.01kg) surcharge. A 48 hour service is used for these destinations.
Northern Ireland. Royal Mail surcharge is £5 and Parcelforce shipments will incur a £16 surcharge. Note that uncapping knives will be sent by Parcelforce and will require proof of age on receipt. We are only able to ship to private addresses, not businesses.

PAYMENT WITH ORDER
Credit/Debit cards are debited at the time of ordering.
Cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0344 326 2010. Calls will cost the same as calling a standard landline number. You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after receipt.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost. If the item is large, then we can arrange collection. There will be a charge. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
Delivery Liability: Please inspect your delivery on receipt. It is your responsibility to contact us with any issues within 5 working days. Guarantee: our fully assembled hives come with a 10 year guarantee. For full terms and conditions visit www.beekeeping.co.uk.
